LAYOUT 1 / CURRENT
12 communal seats
Two 5.80 × 0.60m high tables; nominal seated central route 1.20m.
SEATING REVIEW / 19 OCTOBER 2026
Layout 1 keeps the approved 12-seat communal arrangement. Layout 2 tests six round low tables and 18 chairs. It is a spatial draft awaiting review; A–D architectural designs retain their approved communal furniture.
LAYOUT 1 / CURRENT
Two 5.80 × 0.60m high tables; nominal seated central route 1.20m.
LAYOUT 2 / PROPOSED TARGET
Six Ø800mm tables, 750mm high, three chairs per table. A Ø750mm live sensitivity is available below.
Clearance finding: the seated model leaves a nominal 1.20m central route. Two opposing chairs pulled out by 350mm can reduce it to approximately 0.50m. Round-table pods leave only about 0.17m between occupied proxies; side pull-outs also enter pod gaps and end routes. A smaller tabletop does not automatically fix chair access. The 18-seat proposal is not approved.
Drag to rotate; select matching cameras, occupied footprints, pull-out zones and conditional outside seating. Dimensions are metres. The low-table draft uses three chairs in a fan on the aisle side; it does not place chairs behind the tables against glazing.
GLB and Blender downloads use the 800mm round-table version. The viewer’s 750mm setting changes tabletops only, retaining chair positions to expose rather than hide clearance issues.
Keep 12 confirmed indoor seats separate from the proposed 18-seat target. Outdoor alternatives are three removable two-person perches (up to 6 seats) or two (up to 4). Each has an approximately 1.10 × 0.45m table and a shallow street-facing bench. 0.80m occupied furniture + 1.20m pedestrian route requires approximately 2m usable depth. Fewer modules do not solve insufficient strip depth.
Outdoor placement is indicative and requires measured street width and hotel/public access agreement. Kiosk collection and photography remain at the service end, away from seating. No outdoor sales are added to the financial model.
Main room 10.8 × 4m and kitchen 4.7 × 2.4m remain fixed. Toilet entry is from its bottom wall/passage. Pool is above the plan; the small street is below; Pantai Berawa entry is left. Columns/openings are drawing-derived; wall thickness, approximately 3m ceiling and context extents are provisional. Labelled rooms total 58.8m² before passage/storage; the drawing’s 60m² total remains unresolved.
Still needed: measured column intrusions, selected chair dimensions and movement, glazing operation, access review, outdoor strip measurement, and breakfast/retail peak service trial. This is not a construction or accessibility certification.
